The 2015 PROMISE Summer Success Institute (SSI), #ThinkBigDiversity, will be held on Saturday, August 15, 2015, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, with a pre-conference Dissertation House session on Thursday & Friday, August 13 – 14, 2015, and a Friday night August 14 “Sisters in the Dissertation House” Book Discussion, all at the Hotel at Arundel Preserve in Hanover, Maryland. This conference (business attire) provides professional development for new/incoming graduate students, continuing graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, early-career professors, and professionals in the region.

She was Special Assistant to the Sr. Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs & Director of Graduate and Professional Pipeline Development for the University System of Maryland (12 institutions).     This will be the second #ThinkBigDiversity session.
